Okay-I am going to try a new running shoes. They try to mimic barefoot running, but they are definitely different.

I have to put something on this site.

Okay, here’s is my life right now:

1) I am working twelve hour days right now.

2) I have signed up for 2 marathons. The Colorado Marathon in May, and the Chicago Marathon in November.

3) Being a marathon runner takes alot of time.

3a) I have started speed train on Tuesdays and the first workout was hard, and I was the slowest runner in my group.

4) I have crashed in my writing, and am not writing too much right now.

5) The Mad Cow Books Podcast is going strong, and that makes me happy.

I needed to watch this morning.

This photo was from the Frosty Frozen Five & Ten. I ran the ten mile race and it kicked my butt, and I got injured during the race at about mile six. Pulled the hammy. This was one of my worst races.
